For over a decade, I have had a front-row seat to how winning organizations actually work—as Global People Partner at a Fortune 500 company managing nearly 1,000 employees, Head of HR at a fast-growing biotech startup, and Executive Recruiter at a global agency.
This rare trifecta gave me what few professionals gain: a seat at the decision making table across every environment, observing what happens behind closed doors.
What I discovered: How productive organizations effortlessly attract top talent while keeping costs lean. After working directly with successful founders and senior executives, I noticed why certain professionals skyrocket to leadership while others, equally talented, stay stuck.
These experiences converged into something uncommon: a complete map of both sides—the organizational architecture that makes companies thrive and the individual capabilities that accelerate careers.
I tested the strategy on myself. Agency to in-house. Fortune 500 to competitive startup cohort. I became the youngest promoted Global People Partner at a Fortune 500 company and the first Head of HR at a fast-growing startup.
